Return & Exchange Policy
Unopened New Products: May be returned for a full refund within 5 days from the date of purchase. "Unopened New Products" are exactly as they were packaged by the manufacturer and have NEVER been opened.
Opened New Products: will incur a 20% restocking fee. "Opened New Products" are products that have not been installed or used, and contain all original contents, but the original packaging has been opened.
Any original shipping costs will not be refunded
NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS will be issued after the 5 days except for warranty item issues.

"Open Box," "Demo," "Used," "Clearance," "Outlet Specials," and "Sale" Products: No refunds, exchanges, or credit will be issued on items sold under these terms. ALL SALES ARE FINAL regarding this merchandise.
Non-Returnable Merchandise & Special Orders: Special Orders, also referred to as SPOD, may not be returned. Due to the special nature of ordering non-stocked merchandise, special orders may not be returned for refund or credit. Special orders are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Deposits for special orders that we are unable to cancel are not refundable. Orders that are able to be cancelled will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that due to the nature of electronic manufacturing for the least several years, we cannot be held responsible if a manufacturer places an item on "backorder." Alternatives will try to be found, but this in no way will void any of these policies.
